Future Tech Leaders

MassTLC wants to keep the best and brightest tech savvy college students in Massachusetts. After all, we are the birthplace of mind-boggling technologies - with plenty more innovation to come! We need them and they need to know about us, so we created the Future Tech Leaders program.

In its pilot year, the program will select 10-15 interns who are motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about driving innovation. Through multiple activities and high level access they'll be able to build their network and get connected to leaders who can help them launch their careers, or companies, in the state. Think of them as Fulbright scholars for the MassTech Sector!

Activities for the Future Tech Leaders will include:
  • Special networking and social events
  • Exclusive meetings with CEOs and entrepreneurs
  • Complimentary access to MassTLC programming for the 2012 - 2013 school year

Eligibility to participate/ how to nominate a Future Tech Leader:
  • Any Massachusetts college or university student currently interning with a MassTLC member company may be nominated by their employer.
  • Students are also welcome to apply on their own, but must have a recommendation from their internship supervisor.
  • Nominations will open August 1, 2012.

Want to help with program activities?
  • Sponsor a networking or "meet & greet" event for interns.
  • Volunteer to share your story and secrets of success with the next generation of technology leaders.
  • Become a program sponsor by making a tax-deductible contribution to the MassTLC Education Foundation.
